The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami, Florida (“DDA”) is seeking qualification packages from qualified firms to provide urban design and planning services for various potential projects throughout the DDA district which may include:

• Urban streetscapes,
• Urban parks, plazas, promenades, and open spaces,
• Urban forestry and landscape design,
• Urban ecological and water drainage design
• Urban recreational facilities

Project budgets may range up to $1 million. No guarantee, commitment or representation is made as to the actual expenditure of any portion of the Project budgets.

RFQ No. 11-02 Timetable
The below timetable may be amended as required by the DDA. Any modifications to the timetable will be provided to those firms who have properly submitted the RFQ Registration Form.
